Blasting is used to remove build up of paint and corrosion from surfaces; it can also be used to achieve a profile to which coatings can adhere, thus increasing life expectancy making the process more cost effective.
We can work to blasting standards SA 2, SA 2.5 & SA 3 depending on the specification and also carry out a brush off (power tool) blast SA 1 to remove light rusting. |

| We currently use three standard types of media for blasting. |
| |
- Steel Grit-a cost effective general purpose media. Typically used for, steel fabrications, pipings, tanks and pressure vessels.
- Garnet is available in various grades and is used on steel or at a low pressure for more delicate items or jobs which require a smoother finish.
- PS Ball is new material produced by supercooling method of molten slag and in the same time transforming it into stable Spinel Structure. It is not only used in various specific use, but also displaced with natural sand because of excellent physical properties.Therefore it could minimized the destruction of environment by sand collection.PS Ball is environment-friendly product with stable molecular structure from molten slag generated a steelmaking process at steel melting shop.
